Tiffany

My mom once told me that I was almost named Tiffany. I always joked to my bf that in a parallel universe, gift giving to me would be much easier. Who wouldn't love a designer brand with the same name as your own? And my Tiffany collection would probably be envy of every girl (yeah right). Sadly my name isn't a popular designer and the only one that comes close are the initials of YSL but that's a bit too much for his wallet. I think I'll do my daughters a favor and name them Chanel or Gucci or Chloe....

That said, few days ago was my anniversary with le bf. <3 After 4 years together, he still lags on gifts and even gives me IOU... -___- This year he tried harder (after I complained and complained). I learn to hint more often but I rather be surprised and he tries to find something I like. I guess I should give up on a decent gift as he cannot justify the $ on a bag or jewelry. He's good at making me happy with homemade gifts so I guess it just clashes with good taste.

This years gift was this adorable necklace, Return to Tiffany heart tag key pendant. Except he had to start showing me Tiffany jewelry becuase he's bad at keeping surprises (or he like to say, I ruin my own surprises) and I fell in love with another one, so I will be visiting the store this weekend. I probably will fall in love with 23455657823488 more but will refrain myself. Until then, I would just stare at the necklace and say I love you to it until we part. I have a thing for keys and locks and there was a much cuter (and more expensive) one that was just LOVE. Sighhh I tell myself to give up lusting over materialistic items...

Since this is a Tiffany sort of day, I will show off my other Tiffany jewelry which is this ring I got last year vday. Wear it everyday and feel empty without it.

As for my gift to bf, a homemade panda pillow! My bf and I have this thing where I'm a panda and he's a walrus based off of our last name, so it's a very thoughtful gift. He can hug panda ME when I'm off to college. It's super soft and it is quit huge, literally the size of a real pillow. Kinda jealous that he gets to keep it because I really want it back to lie on. I have extra material and plan to make another pillow but too lazy to work on it... He also got a bunch of plain T-shirts as I am slowly upgrading him away from graphic tees... except I also buy him nerdy T-shirts. #hypocrite. And he got all his gifts mid-March-early April. I am bad at keeping his presents a surprise.  I am just super on time with gifts. He, on the other hand needs work
