Shopping- J Crew

So I do a lot of shopping...... maybe a bit too much especially when I have $0 income. I feel like I should keep track what I buy to remind myself that my closet is running out of room and prevent debt. It also doesn't help that I have a bunch of unworn clothing in my closet. Hopefully this diary will help me make better choices, buy less and spend thrifty after seeing how much I spend. That said, I have done a crazy amount of online shopping and regular shopping (hypocrite) and this order came in recently from J Crew. J Crew style is preppy, work friendly but still young. The quality is nice except I cannot afford it and shopped at the factory store online which I feel is a bit lower quality but still cute! Even with the 30% off I find it expensive but some pieces were just too hard to resist! I think the sale is over but they have lots of promo so do keep an eye on their site. I hope that each item will get plenty of wear and if not I'll kill myself cuz I will have crazy debt building up soon fml.

Black skirt $14. I am a grown women so I need to stop buying outrageous clothing items that I will wear once and get some work clothes that I won't wear for another few months. Seems legit. I actually found 2 black skirts in my closet but in my defense this is better quality and more professional style!!!...... I hope.

Aqua sweater $10. I was attracted to the color. It doesn't help that I buy clothing items of this color on a regular basis. I am godly afriad of the cold so I wanted to stock up on sweaters when they are cheap but doesn't mean I don't have a closet full of sweaters. I am keeping this because I am attracted to teal.

Leopard scarf $9. The main reason I placed an order was for the scarfs. It's still godly expensive for a polyester scarf but I wanted printed scarf for a long time. I can't afford silk (Alexander McQueen sigh) so I have to settle with this.

 Floral scarf $9. I have a thing with floral and I thought this would be cute with many tops and color to add something to an outfit. I still think it's expensive but I tell myself I'm paying for the design! I guess $9 seems a lot to me because I bought scarves in Taiwan for $3. I totally regret not buying the scarves in every color when they were decent quality too.

Cardigan $138. I returned this within a day cuz I cannot afford it. I only bought it because I needed to buy an item for free shipping. (Cheapskate) It's very nice and I secretly wanted to keep it. It is actually men but being tall, it looks cute on me with some skinny jeans. Gives a baggy look and makes me look skinnier. I occasionally shop in the men section becasue I have a long waist and a lot of women clothes are short on me. I am so glad that long shirts are in.
